Personally, I’m not too fussed about the intricate differences between two slabs of glass, aluminium and plastic, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy turning a selection of these differences into an infographic for Trusted Reviews.

This was produced to a pretty tight deadline and required a late night and a bottle of red(!), so there are a couple of bits in there I’m unhappy with that will forever haunt me when I look at it. In case you’re interested they have a more in-depth comparison here, and a first look of the new shiny flat thing in question here.
A while ago, I decided that, for me at least “shiny” was dead. I noticed that I wasn’t the only one too. By a long shot! I went ahead and removed all the shininess from my logo, adjusted my CSS so form buttons would match and redesigned the social media button on the right there. But I didn’t stop there, oh no. I carried on and made a load more buttons, and now you too can have clean, sexy, solid icons of your very own.

Here’s a little peek at something I’m currently working on…
Logo I did for a friend who does the whole film production thing.
Although he wanted it green on white I thought I’d supply a selection of colour treatments, mostly for my own amusement, but also so he could see what it might look like if it was ever to appear on a colour.
